Tito Franco: Couturier

We (My mommy, kate, jon n i) dropped by Tito Franco's shop at Zapote this morning... We were lucky coz we were able to meet him personally (he arrived moments after we did)... We got to see some of his creations and designs and we also saw some pictures with the "famous people" he had already worked with...

I liked him a lot. He was very warm and accommodating.. he even had nice suggestions for the wedding motif (which i still haven't decided 'til now!!!). Too bad i wasn't able to bring the copy of the design that i fell in love with at maggiesottero.com . And the 6th month mark is fast approaching!!! I need to book my couturier fast!!!

Our meeting with Ms Jody Liwanag of Events Experts was postponed for next week...

I finally got to talk to Ms. Jody Liwanag of Events Experts for our wedding day coordination and we agreed to meet on Sunday, May 30. She's nice to talk to, i just hope we click... ;)

I also texted Joana Alberto of Angelic Blooms and asked her to email me her quotation for my entourage.

Alex Franco for our cake...

I finally confirmed our booking with Alex Franco. I texted him this afternoon and i got a reply at 10pm already asking me to call him up... and so i did... he was very warm, and kind, he even offered info about past weddings at the Pan Pac in which he was also the cake supplier... We're scheduled to meet on Saturday at Fr. Blanco's (another wedding!Ü)to discuss our wedding details...

Our wedsite is in the works already... ÜÜÜ I discovered where i'll be able to build our site...for FREE!!! yay!!!

An Affair to Remember II

We went to Alabang Town Center (after going to Greenhills --- see story below) and attended the bridal fair "An Affair To Remember II" which was organized by Kasal.com. I registered for this event a month ago and fortunately, i remembered where i put the paper with our registration code.

In the fair, Jon spotted Charlie Villanueva again and we had a good laugh about it...Ü (there's something about him.... ;) )... Anyway, i really wanted to look for a designer/couturier since the 6th month mark is fast approaching!!! I saw in their teaser ad that Tito Franco will showcase some of his designs there but after looking around, I didn't find him... guess he backed out at the last minute??? Oh well.., we just have to visit his store na lang...

Jon n I went to Greenhills today for a shopping spree (BONUS NA!)Ü I bought a white jelly bag for P600 (which i saw at Rockwell last night for P800!). I wanted sana yung with leather detail kaso lang no available one with the color i wanted. Now, what's that got to do with our wedding preps? Absolutely nothing! hehehe...Ü
