The Canonical Interview

Today we were scheduled at 9am at San Agustin for our Canonical Interview. I was feeling just a bit nervous on our way there (coz as I learned, we will be "interviewed" one person at a time), but as it turned out, it was just a breeze...

We were the first couple to arrive and we were asked to fill out forms for the wedding banns which we were supposed to submit at our parish church for announcement and publication for 3 weeks. We were then asked to answer the 4page-questionnaire separately... After we finished, we were asked to wait inside the parish priest's office for the actual "interview"... 2.., 5.., 10 minutes passed, the secretary went inside to inform us apologetically that the priest had a mass wedding and if we could just come back whenever we are available, even two weeks before the scheduled wedding just for the briefing na lang... I felt relieved! Yay!!!

We went to AMIS Print after that to pick up our invitation proof... We just had to settle on some adjustments and we OKd the printing already... We're getting the invites two weeks from now (or earlier)! Can't wait!!!

Cancelling on Play and Display Gift Registry

After we had our lunch, we proceeded to the main branch of Play and Display at Quezon Ave to choose items for our registry. We were disappointed with the choices presented to us so we decided to just cancel it and just register at Rustan's.

GIFTS for the PRINCIPAL SPONSORS

I spotted an outlet store of Regalong Pambahay just across the street so Jon n I decided to take a look since we're on our search for the principal sponsors' gifts and other souvenirs. And we were lucky!!!

LAMPS = LIGHT (The principal sponsors will serve as light/guide in our married life)

We found these really cute lamps in our color motif and ordered 14 pcs for our ninongs and ninangs... We will just add some butterfly detail somewhere below para swak pa ren with our theme... Yay! One more wedding detail done!

RUSTAN'S Bridal Registry

We proceeded to Glorietta Makati afterwards to register at Rustan's. We're going back on November 3, 11am. We were told that somebody will assist us and will list all our choices on that day...

Since we were already there, Jon and I looked around and pre-selected some items already... Saya!!!

WheW!!! Whattaday!!! ...and then we were off for some R&R...
